RWS London…. RAISE THE STANDARD AGAINinside the biggest multi million pound wedding to hit Monte Carlo in 2018   

Monte CarloThe principality of Monaco saw the union between Hong Kong based businessman, Narender Vachani’s son Mahir Vachani and the well established London based Milan Virani’s daughter, Prianka Virani. The families hosted a number of extravagant events for their nearest and dearest for their beloved son and daughter.

The wedding celebrations saw a host of luxury event suppliers brought together from around the world for 5 spectacular events which spanned a number of days.

The prestigious London based RWS Company have designed and created some of the most lavish weddings. Their portfolio include clientele, amongst the worlds rich list, royalty figures and world class corporate brands, across 18 different countries.Monte Carlo

RWS London Director Gindy Bhogal says “It was an absolute honour for us to be part of the wedding celebrations.

The Vachani & Varani families became like family to us and we were determined to create something luxurious and classy to celebrate to celebrate the start of their marriage.

Well over 400 guests were flown in from across the globe to Monte-Carlo to celebrate the nuptials of Mahir Vachani & Prianka Varani. RWS London, a ‘Luxury Global Event Production Company’ specialists in destination weddings, were approached to transform the various spectacular venues chosen for the couple’s religious ceremonies and other celebrations.

RWS London were tasked with completely transforming every venue used for the various celebrations and to put together the right network of suppliers needed to put together the show stopping events. Suppliers included Caterers, Interactive Entertainment, Videography, Photography & Entertainment.
Prince Charles

The celebrations kicked off with a welcome party at the world famous Jimmy’z nightclub where the guests were given a flavour of what was to follow. The following day kicked off with the first of the ceremonies, the Janya, Ghari & Mehndi, at the none other exclusive 5 star Hotel Hermitage followed by an evening of celebrations.

The Sangeet night saw RWS London take event theming to a higher level at Le Meridien, organising interactive performances from various artists. Guests where in ore of their surroundings.

The celebrations continued on the third day when Prince Albert II of Monaco gave the go ahead for the famous square of Monaco to be shut down to allow the grooms Baraat Procession to pass.

The wedding ceremony was held in the spectacular Opéra Garnier Monte-Carlo, this being one of just 3 weddings to have ever been conducted there (Prince Ranier’s being one of the other two).

The team at RWS London put together an incredible structure for the mandap, which included over twenty thousand pounds worth of flowers and was constructed on site by the specially flown in expert florists. Working in this prestigious venue requires great care and is not an opportunity afforded to just anybody.

Monte CarloRWS London had the pleasure of working alongside Aditya Motwane from MEW Mubai. They provided their luxury wedding planning services for this spectacular event, which saw all the finer detail handled with true professionalism and attention to detail.

The wedding & 3 day celebrations were bought to a close with a black tie reception held at the famous Salle des Etoiles. Previously known to host famous stars Rihanna, Lewis Hamilton, and many many more. A surprise guest appearance by chart topping Jay Sean completely wowed the guests.
